- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
- 2 handfuls of fresh bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
