  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lime
  • FOR THE CILANTRO LIME RICE
  • 1 cup rice grains + water to cook
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
