- 1 shrimp paste
- tbsp coriander stalk, finely chopped
- 2 handful fresh mint leaves
- tbsp handful fresh Thai basil (or Basil)
- 1 limes, juiced and 1 lime segments
- tsp snake beans, 1inch pieces (or green beans)
- 3 spring onions, 2 inch pieces
