- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup (115 g) popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup (155 g) honey
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup (30 to 60 g) apple chips
