Late Summer Stone Fruit Cobbler, with Plums, Pluots and Peaches

INGREDIENTS

• 5 lbs of summer stone fruit (plums, pluots, apricots, peaches, nectarines, whatever you want)
• 1 1/2 cups white wine
• 75 g (1/2 cup) all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extact
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 300 g (2 cups) all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 10 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
• 2/3 cup plain yogurt (whole milk preferred)
• plus extras sugar to sprinkle on top
• 1. Preheat the oven to 425˚F and spray a 9” x 13” glass or ceramic baking dish with a neutral flavored cooking spray.
