INGREDIENTS
- 5 lbs of summer stone fruit (plums, pluots, apricots, peaches, nectarines, whatever you want)
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- 75 g (1/2 cup) all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extact
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 300 g (2 cups) all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt (whole milk preferred)
- plus extras sugar to sprinkle on top
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425˚F and spray a 9” x 13” glass or ceramic baking dish with a neutral flavored cooking spray.
