- 12 kale leaves, washed & dried well, de-stemmed & cut into 3-inch strips
- 1 1/2 cups / 9 ounces uncooked orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup / 120 ml plain yogurt
- For serving: slivered scallions, fresh oregano, toasted nuts or seeds
