  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup milk, I prefer whole but others would work.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
