  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • sea salt and ground pepper
