- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ground chipotle chili powder or ground cumin
- 1 vine ripe tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 splashes
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning blend (recommended: Montreal Steak Seasoning)
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 pounds small red skin new potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
- 2 teaspoon hot sauce - eyeball it
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 leek, trimmed of tough tops
- 4 slices thick cut smoky bacon, chopped, such as applewood smoked bacon
