  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Green coconut grass, recipe follows
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • White Airhead candy
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 6 small candied malt balls (2 yellow, 2 pink, 2 white)
  • Pinch fine salt
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 5 cups confectioners' sugar
