- 2-3 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
- 1 3/4 cup (255 g) graham flour or whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (85 g) white whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup (165 g) dark brown sugar or sucanat
- 2 tablespoons (20 g) Dutch-processed cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
