- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, 2 minced and 1 halved lengthwise
- 3 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 cup dry white wine such as Pinot Grigio
