- 1 cup kale, ribs removed
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 Tbs. antioxidant smoothie mixer
