• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1/2" cubes
• 1 vanilla bean, seeds removed
• 1 cup heavy cream, divided
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons whiskey, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon corn syrup
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 1/2" cubes
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 ripe bananas
