- 4 1/2 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 9 tablespoons (1 stick plus 1 tablespoon) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons dark molasses
- 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur, such as Kahlúa
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
