- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or 1/2 teaspoon of toum*)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2-1 teaspoon cumin (depending on how spicy you’d like it to be)
