  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup water or as needed
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 1 1/2 cup flour (I use Half White flour I can buy down at the Union Square Farmer's market on Wednesdays. You can also 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour)
  • 1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil Plus
  • 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ripe medium-sized bananas
