- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/4 cup water or as needed
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
- 1 1/2 cup flour (I use Half White flour I can buy down at the Union Square Farmer's market on Wednesdays. You can also 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour)
- 1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil Plus
- 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ripe medium-sized bananas
