- 20 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kahlúa or other coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- Espresso coffee beans (optional)
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 4 large eggs
