- 4 heads Fresh Dill Or 4 Tablespoons Dried Dill Seed (not Weed!)
- 4 cloves Garlic, Or More To Taste (I Usually Use Double The Amount)
- 1 gallon Cold Water
- 1 cup Cider Vinegar
