- 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups mixed berries such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 4 mint sprigs (to garnish)
