Albondigas en salsa (Meatballs in sauce)

INGREDIENTS

• 500 minced beef or lamb
• g quarter of a Spanish onion, chopped
• 0.25 garlic clove
• 1 Salt & black pepper
• 1 sprig of flat parsley
• pinch slice of white bread
• 1 milk
• 1 Spanish olive oil
• 100 3/4 of a Spanish onion
• ml garlic cloves
• 4 small carrot
• tbsp small tin of green peas
• 0.75 glass of Spanish red wine
• 4 sprig of thyme
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 1 Salt
• 1 tin of chopped plum tomatoes
• 1 sugar
