  • 8 small bunch of coriander, chopped
  • 1 sesame seeds
  • 1 wasabi paste
  • tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1.5 cider vinegar
  • tsp lime, zest & juice
  • 6 dried chilli flakes
  • tbsp runny honey
  • 1.5 garlic clove, crushed
  • tbsp root ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 salt
  • 0.5 freshly ground black pepper
