• 1/2 cup baking cocoa
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
• 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 4 teaspoons water
