- 85g fresh white breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 85g pecans nuts, roughly chopped

- 50g dried cranberries
- 1 orange
- 3 tbsp Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- sprig of fresh holly
- icing sugar , for dusting
