- 1 pound parsley root, peeled and cubed in 1 inch pieces
- 1 bunch mustard greens
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut in 2-3 pieces
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6-8 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste.
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 large onion, quartered
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons marjoram
- 2 bay leaves
