  • Sweet paprika
  • Fine-grain sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads (2 modest pinches)
  • 3 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
