Our oldest son helped plan a dinner at the restaurant he manages for our 30th anniversary and one of the things that we had was glazed carrots. This is the recipe that he used and it was excellent!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb carrot, approximately 7 medium, peeled and cut on the bias 1/4-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 cup ginger ale (good quality)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
