- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 green onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
