- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 lbs pork spareribs
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
- 1/4 cup cold water (optional)
