  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower, cut into large pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
