  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 (6-ounce) heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
