- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
