• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup honey
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans
