• 3 cups Broccoli Florets, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
• 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
• 8 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Sliced
• 1 pint Heavy Cream
• 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
• 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 4 slices Prosciutto, Cut Or Torn Into Small Pieces
• ¼ cups Sun-dried Tomatoes, Sliced Into Julienned Strips
