I love drip beef—slow-cooked chuck roast spiced up with different peppers. Eat it with mashed potatoes or spoon it on a deli roll. Delicious!

  • 2 whole Chuck Roasts (2 1/2 To 3 Pounds Each)
  • 32 ounces, fluid Salt And Pepper
  • 1 can Beef Stock
  • 1 jar 28 Ounce Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 jar (16 Ounce) Pepperoncinis, With Juice
  • 2 jars (16 Ounce) Hot Cherry Peppers, Drained
  • 1 (4 Ounces Each) Pimentos
  • 1 Buttered, Toasted Rolls (optional)
