  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1-½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Fine Grain Sea Salt
  • â…“ cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • 14-½ ounces, fluid Lite Coconut Milk
  • â…“ cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar (or Honey)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter, Melted, Divided Use
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 whole Banana, Peeled And Sliced
