- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 recipe Basic Pasta Dough
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- 1 large Amaretti Cookie Amaretti Cookies
