- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup bread flour, sifted
- 2 to 3 large eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar, for garnish
- Vegetable or canola oil, for deep-frying
- Cornet or pastry bag
