Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 16 uncooked medium shrimp (about 1/2 pound), peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons California Olive Ranch® Olive Oil, divided
  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks (1-1/2 to 2 inches thick and 6 ounces each)
