Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

INGREDIENTS

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/3 cups (2 2/3 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 2 large eggs, at room temperature
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup coarsely chopped peanut butter cups (about 12-15 bite size cups)
• 1 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels
