  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

  • 1 cup chopped cremini mushrooms
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
