  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small red onion, sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick
  • 4 cups baby dandelion greens
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 Tbs. crumbled Gorgonzola
