• 2 Tbs. heavy cream
• 6 oz. almond biscotti, broken into pieces
• 2 Tbs. plus 1 cup sugar
• 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• Pinch plus 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. lemon oil
• 1 lb. Neufchâtel cheese, at room temperature
• 1/2 lb. fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
• 1 cup sour cream
