- 2 large garlic cloves
- 6 oz. small white or cremini mushrooms, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup fresh or canned diced tomatoes with juices
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
