Classic Pecan Pumpkin Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS

• For the dough:
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 16 Tbs. (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch dice
• 6 to 8 Tbs. ice water
• For the filling:
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups (about 1 1/3 jars) Muirhead pecan pumpkin butter
• 2 cups evaporated milk
