Maple-Pecan Pie

• 2 cups pure maple syrup
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
