- 3 Tbs. finely minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg or cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
