• 60 ground cinnamon

• 0.5 egg yolks
• tsp soft light brown sugar
• 0.5 double cream
• tsp stoned dates
• 3 water
• 140 bicarbonate of soda
• g butter, softened
• 300 muscovado sugar
• ml eggs, lightly beaten
• 200 vanilla extract
• g self raising flour
• 250 baking powder
• ml medium oatmeal
• 0.5 pieces of stem ginger in syrup, finely chopped
