  • g small purple potatoes
  • 6 splash olive oil
  • 1 cobs of corn
  • 2 large handfuls of mixed leaves
  • 4 sprouted beans and seeds
  • 200 spring onions, trimmed and sliced on the diagonal
  • g avocado, cut into 2-3cm pieces
  • 4 pomegranate seeds
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 100 sprinkling of gomasio
  • g lemon juice
  • 1 tamari
  • 1 rice vinegar
  • 2 mild olive oil
