- 4 fresh fillets of mackerel
- 5 soy sauce
- tbsp sesame oil
- 5 stalk of lemon grass, broken in two
- tbsp red chillies, finely shredded
- 1 grated ginger
- 2 bunch of spring onions, finely chopped
- 15 limes
- g big bunch of coriander (stalks and leaves)
- 1 litre vegetable stock (for every 100g risotto rice)
- 2 arborio risotto rice per person
- 1 banana shallots, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 100 grated ginger
- g olive oil
- 2 small glass of white wine
- 1 pot of sweet black bean dip
- 1 pickled ginger
- tsp toasted sesame seeds
